This project involved the construction of a food processing facility which included freezer and chiller rooms, warehouse storage and office facilities. We worked closely with our client and accommodated multiple changes, ensuring the end result was purpose-built for their operation.
Located on the border of Luscombe and Yatala in Queensland, the site is 4,000sqm with a usable site area of 3,352sqm. The facility under construction is a 2,028sqm industrial freestanding warehouse and office.
Our client emphasised how important it was for them to maximise the street appeal of their corner block. We made this possible by incoporating solid aluminium cladding as a feature around office glazing, and tilt panel walls were stepped to hide gutters.
