Victo has been engaged to complete the design and construction of a freestanding industrial building which features a freezer room, warehouse and office facilities. We assisted the developer in pre-committing a buyer, resulting in the facility being sold prior to the commencement of works on site. The project is currently under construction.
The design of the premise includes the functionality aspects expected of a building of this size, as well as being customised to suit a business specialising in food storage/warehousing.
